Most excellent food and air at Playa del Carmen. Superb food, quality components, service outside any other area in Playa. Individuals that are on the team are courteous, knowledgeable, careful, and instantaneous.

The master chef Danny is your number 1 at Playa. The utmost in professionalism, direction warrants many applauses for the cozumel shore snorkel with lunch recommendations. Bartender Argynnis Reyes is imaginative & additional special.

My Loved Ones and I stayed in the Thompson hotel on the shore. The resort was terrific, and the rooms were clean. However, it was made even better with the excellent support of Horacio. He was quite friendly, and his help was above and beyond. He made us feel valued and welcome. He was a waiter in the pool; thus, if possible, try to get him as your waiter.

I remained at the Thompson Beach House at Playa del Carmen before this season, in April (2019). This was among my delightful vacations in recent memory, an ideal, relaxing spa to recharge.

The resort was fantastic in the hot reception upon entrance (particular reference to Roberto along with the beautiful concierge Lezlie), into the fabulous food and terrific waiters and bartenders in the restaurant (specific reference to Nico, Zaira, Ricardo, and Adrial), into the beautiful housekeeping (particular mention to Eisy), to the fantastic location and effortless beach access, you can not fail with the Beach House.

Everything about our stay was exceptional, in the check-in encounter to the hospitality in the pub and restaurant and also our comfortable and spacious area.

Be aware that over Cancun and Playa del Carmen, the seaweed in the sea is much more often washing up on the shore. Despite people clearing it daily, it does not make for excellent swims in the sea, so we stayed by the pool. We understood that this heading to our trip, but it might be disappointing for people who wish to swim from the sea – admittedly not the fault of the resort!
