The customer support has been outstanding; the team has been quite accommodating and friendly, the drinks flow the pools are cool the hot tubs are incredibly beautiful. Everything is quite clean. The beach is only a short stroll in the resort itself that is directly on the shore.
The beach is personal in front of the resort and also for guests only. People there talked to us about el cielo cozumel considered a paradisiac beach near to us. The adult pool and spa is where we’ve spent all our time. The bartenders Julian and Agustin are charming and always ensure my beverage is complete.
There are 11 restaurants to pick from so that you never get bored with the meals. We’ve spoken with several others remaining here, and the majority of them are here several times.
We reserved a week stay to our family of 12 in SeaDust. Each of the staff is very friendly and helpful. There are approximately five restaurants to select from for dinner, not one of that you want reservations. It’s possible to eat them each night, not only three times for your week remain like many different resorts in Mexico. If you reserve a package, you’ve got access to the Atlantis restaurant for breakfast, which will be excellent food and a gorgeous view. They remembered us daily and were always smiling.
The pool was the right size, and they always had activities going on, for example, Zumba and water volleyball. They’d boogie boards for leasing (free of cost ) also and miniature golf and zip liner for those kids. The primary pool got filled fast, and there was not always enough seats so get there early. I would strongly suggest checking out the rooftop adults-only pool with swim pub if you’re able to.
We remained in a sunset package which overlooked the lagoon. The area was clean and updated, and the view was magnificent. We did not feel slighted at not having a sea view. However, we did have some difficulties with the TV. It had been very fickle. Other household members in various rooms had the very same challenges. Not that we arrived in Mexico to see T.V, but it could have been fine if it worked with no problem.
The only family alternative for lunch and breakfast was the buffet. The hotel had a fantastic variety of daily, and Armando was terrific. He remembered us regular (by title ) and served us drinks out from the pool.
